Open iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Strontr and make sure write access is enabled for Workouts, Active Energy, Walking + Running Distance, Cycling Distance, and Workout Route. Then in Strontr open Settings → Apple Health and toggle the integration off and back on. Existing past sessions don't backfill — only new finishes will write to Health.
Yes — every feature is included at no cost: workouts, runs, routines, body metrics, streaks, the Evolve adaptive plan, advanced analytics, Apple Watch, and widgets. There is no subscription to manage.
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account. This wipes all local data immediately and, if you signed in with Apple, marks your account for server-side deletion. The action cannot be undone.
Yes. Sign in with Apple and your workouts, runs, routines, history, body metrics, and settings sync securely across your iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. Install Strontr on a new device, sign in, and everything restores automatically. If you stay signed out, your data simply stays on that one device.
Open Strontr on the iPhone (foreground), pull down once on Home, then re-open the watch app. The phone re-pushes the snapshot via WatchConnectivity on app activation. Make sure both devices are on the latest version and on the same Apple ID.
